Abstract:
This information is necessary for the Attorney General and Arrest Program grantees to comply with federal statutory reporting requirement. The information will be used for a report to Congress on the effectiveness of the activities supported by Arrest Program funds. Respondents to this form include states, Indian tribal governments, state and local courts, and units of local government.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
