Abstract:
Reports of the importation and disposition of tobacco products are necessary to determine whether those issued the permits required by 26 U.S.C. Section 5713 should be allowed to continue their operations or renew their permits. This report is used to accomplish this goal, which protects the revenue.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
