Short Statement:
Per the last Terms of Clearance & to meet the provisions of PL 106-107, the Per Diem Only portion of this grant application was streamlined to provide a fully electronic capability for the completion and submission of associated forms through Grants.gov. The remainder of this data collection will soon be streamlined, if appropriate, submitted to OMB for approval.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
