This generic ICR is approved consistent with RRB agreement to submit specific survey instruments, supporting statements (including statistical methods when applicable), and burden estimates to OMB for review and approval as they become available. OMB will aim to conclude review within 14 days. However, RRB should not assume individual ICs have received OMB approval until RRB has received such approval explicitly, even after 14 days have elapsed.

Abstract:
The Railroad Retirement Board (RRB) utilizes voluntary customer surveys to ascertain customer satisfaction with the RRB in terms of timeliness, appropriateness, access, and other measures of quality service. Surveys involve individuals that are direct or indirect beneficiaries of RRB services as well as railroad employers who must report earnings.
