Reason for Change in Burden: There is no increase in burden on the individual respondents; however, the overall annual burden hours have decreased. This is an adjustment, a decrease from 24,115 to 20,398 which is a decrease of 3,717 due to the reduction in the number of respondents reporting on hard copy.
