Terms of Clearance: The information collection provisions associated with the Migrant Education Program NPRM are not approved at this time. ED only has approval to use the forms that are not being changed. ED has not been granted approval to use forms that are being revised through this information collection request. ED will submit an emergency extension request to ensure that approval for the underlying requirements does not expire before July 31. ED will review public comment in response to this NPRM and determine whether any change needs to be made to this collection and resubmit in conjuntion with the final rule.
