Short Statement: The Commission had a program change to this information collection due to the release of a Report and Order released on April 14, 2004, FCC 04-75, In the Matter of Extend Interference Protection to the Marine and Aeronautical Distress and Safety Frequency 406.025 MHz which removed the reporting requirements of 47 CFR 76.620 from this collection of information.
