Abstract:
Internal Revenue Code Sections 6109 and 6103 with code section 45N. New IRC section 45N was added by section 405 of the Tax Relief and Health Care of 2006. The new form provides a means for the qualified mining company to compute and claim the new markets credit.
Emergency Justfication:
Emergency approval is required for the immediate approval of this submission. Since this form must be printed by February 9, expedited approval is critical and imperative to the mission the IRS. The new for provides a means for the qualified mining company to compute and claim the new markets credit.
