Short Statement: The overall burden hours increase to 15,334. This is from our past 12,700 and is due to this programmatic reporting change and adjustment to past year estimates. 150 hours of burden are atrributable to TCCU and HBCU grantees completing the new programmatic requirement and 2,484 new burden hours are attributable to an increase in the number of grantees completing the report.
