Abstract:
EIA's Petroleum Supply Reporting System collects information needed for determining the supply and disposition of crude oil, petroleum products, and natural gas liquids. The data are published by EIA and are used by public and private analysts. Respondents are operators of petroleum refineries, blending plant, bulk terminals, crude oil and product pipelines, natural gas plant facilities, tankers, barges, and oil importers.

Short Statement:
The decrease in burden of 9,596 hours is due to 229 respondents who formerly reported on the form EIA-810 (which has 4.74 hours per response) began reporting on form EIA-815, which only has 1.15 hours of burden per response. On non-substantive change, burden decrease of 2,279 hours due to respondents on form EIA-816, no longer need to fill out Part 4, bringing the burden per response from .98 to .48 hours per response with 404 respondents.
