Short Statement: On January 11, 2007 the Commission released In the Matter of Telecommunications Relay Services and Speech-to-Speech Services for Individuals with Hearing and Speech Disabilities, Declaratory Ruling, CG Docket No. 03-123, FCC 06-182. This ruling made it necessary for the Commission to re-estimate its burden and total number of respondents and responses. As a result, the Commission had a program change to this information collection.
