Short Statement: Revised forms have been necessitated by the 2006 reauthorization of the Older Americans Act. The four data forms are electronic and are the basis for the programs Internet-based data collection system the SCSEP Performance and Results QPR (SPARQ) system. In addition, ETA has agreed to grantees requests for enhanced case management functionality in SPARQ. The total burden increase is 1771 hours. The slight reduction in responses represents the agency's current estimate based on grantee data.
