Short Statement: TSA has broaden the scope of aircraft operators by requiring aircraft operators that maintain a Twelve-Five Standard Program, a Private Charter Standard Program and limited or partial program as well as a full Aircraft Standard Security Program to comply with TSA-approved comprehensive security program.
