Abstract:
The information will ensure that vital telecommunications service are available during national emergencies. The information is used to identify critical telecommunications services and assign them a TSP Authorization code. This code establishes the order in which vital services are to be restored. National Security and Emergency Preparedness users and providers are affected.

The forms that are currently in use by the Telecommunications Priority System will be available from http://tsp.ncs.gov. Users can download the forms from the homepage or login so the forms can be completed and submitted in a secure environment. Between 2004 and 2007 users increased from 409 to 1,054.
