Short Statement: The Commission has revised the FCC Form 608 to include a new page 5 in Schedule A. This resulted in an increased number of new respondents subject to Gross Revenue for Attributable Material Relationship (AMR Entity). The increase in the new respondents resulted in an increase in burden hours and annual costs.
