Short Statement: The Commission has revised the FCC Form 603 to include a new page 5 in the Schedule A. This resulted in an increased number of respondents subject to Gross Revenue Attributable Material Relationship (AMR Entity). The increase in the new respondents resulted in an increase in burden hours and annual costs.
