Abstract:
With this revision, the Commission is consolidating informaitn collection OMB Control Number 3060-1032 into OMB Control Number 3060-0849. On March 17, 2005 the FCC released a Second Report and Order (Order), in the matter of implementation of Section 304 of the Telecommunications Act of 1996, Commecial Availability of Navigation Devices, CS Docket No. 97-80, FCC 05-76. In this Second Report and Order, the Commission extends by twelve months the existing 2006 deadline in Section 76.1204(a)(1) prohibiting the deployment of integrated navigation devices by multichannel video programming distributors in order to promote the retail sale of non-integrated host devices. This Order added reporting requirements to this information collection.
