Short Statement: Program changes or adjustments are the result of the changes in the Higher Education Extension Act or 2006 and the redesign of the application package to conform to the Department's mandatory requirement of electronic submission of the application using Grants.gov. The burden hours will decrease due to program report requirement changes in the Higher Education Extension Act of 2006. The 50% low-income Hispanic Student Enrollment is no longer required.
