Short Statement: The Commission is reporting a burden hour adjustment due to significantly less responses since the last submission to the OMB. In the 2004 submission, the Commission reported 16,408 responses. With this submission, we are now reporting 4,947 responses and therefore, the total annual burden hours have been reduced.
