Short Statement: This Title VI Application was one of the 7 applications cleared for years under the OMB number 1840-0068. Hence it is not really a new collection, but is being cleared this time as such so that the public will be able to more effectively utilize the 7 applications within international foreign languages and studies programs. The individual programs occur at different intervals and have similar audiences, though the differences are apparent with careful evaluations.
