Short Statement:
The minus 25,000 decrease was after careful review of the amount of work handled by VICAP in the previous years. After reviewing the figures it was determine the previous submission was over estimated by 25,000. The current amount submitted this 2007 submission is accurate and should be accepted from the VICAP program.
