Abstract:
Holders report of default and notice of intention to foreclose on loans guaranteed under 38 U.S.C. 3710 and 3712 as required by 38 U.S.C. 3732. Information collected by VA is used for performing supplemental servicing, determination on forebearance, foreclosure, protection of property and initiation of claim payment.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
