Abstract:
Regulation 20 CFR 422.527 states that any person, institution, or organization wishing to privately reproduce, duplicate, or print any of SSA's applications (such as forms) must first obtain written approval from the Administration to do so. This ICR is for an NPRM which codifies provisions of Section 1140(a)(2)(A) of the Social Security Act and to clear form SSA-1010, which respondents use to fulfill the NPRM public reporting requirement. The respondent are persons or organizations wishing to privately reproduce or print any of SSA's applications.
