Short Statement: The burden increased the final rule, 10 CFR Part 52, Early Site Permits; Standard Design Certifications; and Combined Licenses for Nuclear Plants, which was pre-approved on July 11, 2007 and approved on August 28, 2007, amended regulations in addition to 10 CFR Parts 52, 21 and 51. The burden contained in the final rule for 10 CFR Part 21 was 433 hours, which has been transfer from rulemaking package to 10 CFR Part 21 renewal package.
