Short Statement: There is no burden change for this information collection. ROCIS implementation necessitated that the current ICR be split into 3 IC's as there are different categories of respondents. This makes it appear that there is an overall burden change when, in fact, the burden is unchanged from what had been previously been approved by OMB.
