Short Statement: The hour burden for FEMA Form 75-10 has increased from 5 minutes to 6 minutes and FEMA FORM 75-11 has decreased from 10 minutes to 6 minutes. The number of responses decreased from 1,600 to 120 (-1480). MT. Weather is now a secure facilities and all courses are now conducted at EMI, which reduced activities at both facilities.
