Short Statement: This OMB83C change represents a transfer of 3,900 hours from the OMB control # 1820-0681 which was approved earlier this year. OMB control #1820-0681 was approved earlier this year with the final regulation (Title I - Improving The Academic Achievement Of The Disadvantaged; Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) -- Assistance to States for the Education of Children with Disabilities). The hours for section 200.1(f) are now being transferred to the appropriate collection number as noted in the 1820-0681 collection.
