Short Statement: This is a new collection of information. FEMA submit an Interim Final Rule for the Property Acquisition and Relocation for Open Space proposed 44 CFR Part 80) that will govern acquisition for all of FEMA's Mitigation grant programs. There has been a program increase of +11,424 annual burden hours for Property Acquisiton and Relocation for Open Space. An adjustment increase of $662,352.32 is have also been estimated to include the wage rate category for respondents based on burden hour cost.
