Short Statement:
The number of entities required to provide usage reports has decreased from 32 to 14. This was primarily due to the elimination of slots at OHare International Airport, John F. Kennedy International Airport and LaGuardia Airport pursuant to AIR 21, which has reduced the reporting burden under sections 93.217 and 93.227.
