Terms of Clearance:
OMB removed the cost burdens because they were a monetization of the burden hours. The agency is reminded to avoid such double-counting of burden. In addition, OMB reclassified the change in annual time burden due to a previous calculation error and expiration of a one-time, start-up cost as adjustments since the changes were not the result of deliberate Federal government action.

Annual burden hours decreased by 514 hours because of the discovery of a previous mathematical error. In addition, one-time, start-up cost of $1,595,000.00 expired and was replaced with annual burden costs of $2,531,460.00. It should be noted that the start-up costs of $1,595,000.00 was erroneously migrated from ICTS as $1,595,000,000.00.
