Short Statement: Rocis is showing a 6,156 program change in the number of responses. There is no change in the number of burden hours from the previous submission. In actuality, there should be no change in the number of responses as well. It appears that when the previous information was migrated into Rocis, only the individual respondent numbers were recorded on the NOA and not the 6,156 number of Institution respondents. As a result, a revision is required to add the number of Institutional respondents and responses - when in fact, there is not any change over the previous submission. There is no change in the burden hours from the previous submission approved by OMB.
