Even though the supporting statement describes a revision to the information collection that resulted in a program change exceeding $170 million (according to the summary of burden entered into ROCIS), SEC requested an "extension without change" of a currently approved collection. The following is a summary of the topics, regarding the proposed collection of information, that the certification covers:
