Abstract:
The regulations identify articles which are restricted and specify procedures for obtaining permits required by the Plant Quarantine Act to import plants and plant products. The information collected is used to determine if an import permit is required, locate arriving shipments, schedule inspections, and determine entry status. Affected public are farms, wholesales, botanical gardens, nurseries, universities, and importers.
