Short Statement: This new information collection requires VMS purchase, installation and reporting for 2,061 openaccess fishery participant. In addition, the program will modify existing requirements forexemption and declaration reports. Annualized hours for installation, maintenance, activationreports, hourly reporting, and exemption and declaration reports total 38,334. Annualized costs total$3,456,466.
