Abstract:
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Educational Partnership Program (EPP) collects, evaluates and assesses student data and information for the purpose of selecting successful candidates, generating internal NOAA reports and articles to demonstrate the success of its program. We are requesting to include one information collection only for the Dr. Nancy Foster Scholarship, using the voluntary alumni to be used for the other scholarship programs covered by OMB Control No. 0648-0568.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
