Short Statement: We are estimating 12,097 responses, totaling 8,950 annual burden hours for this collection. This is an increase of 2,790 responses and 2,204 annual burden hours from our previous request. Part of this increase is a result of incorporating information collections contained in 1018-0022, 1018-0130, and 1018-0134 (652 responses and 1,907 burden hours) in this collection. The remaining increase is a result of adjustments to our estimates, based on experience over the past 3 years. The reduction in nonhour burden costs ($14,730)is because our previous request erroneously included application processing fees for exempt entities.
