Short Statement: The total annual hour burden estimate has increased as a result of the addition of one information collection requirement following adoption and release of the Report and Order and Memorandum Opinion and Order, Sunset of the BOC Separate Affiliate Requirements ("272 Sunset Order"), WC Doc. No. 02-112, CC Doc. No. 00-175, FCC 07-159. In addition, the increase in the filing fee from $600 to $775 and a recalculation of how this estimate is determine resulted in an increase in the total annual cost.
