Short Statement: The Commission is reporting a decrease in the number of respondents/responses because of an error reported on the OMB 83i when this was submitted as a new collection in 2005. The supporting statements in 2005 and now correctly identify 20 responses for this IC rather than 200 responses reported in 2005. Therefore, the number of responses has decreased by 180 responses. There is no change in the total burden hours.
