Short Statement: The previous Application for Purchase of Real Property at Public Benefit Allowance for Public Health Purposes (including Homeless) has been revised into two separate applications; one for public health purposes, and one for homeless purposes. However, the information requested is relatively the same as previously requested. Changes have been made for clarity, to assist applicants in completing the application, and to increase efficiency of the process.
