Short Statement:
The number of annual responses increased from 221 to 222 as a result of adding an additional annual request for more funds from State agencies for a total of 10 requests up from 9 requests by using the most recent data (2007) on the number of requests received. The number of burden hours decreased from 31,721 to 21,755 hours. There is an increase in number of work registrants and a decrease in the number of placements. This constitutes an adjustment of 9,966 hours.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
