Abstract:
Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB), in an ongoing effort to improve its Customer Service, intends to survey its customers and keep track of its progress, as well as identify potential needs, problems, and opportunities for improvement. The respondents will be industry members. There is no cost to respondents other than their time.

There is an increase in the number of responses and burden hours because we are changing this ICR to a generic collection and are adding 2 new questionnaires (ICs). We anticipate more of these type customer satisfaction questionnaires so we have estimated the necessary number of responses and burden hours.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
The following is a summary of the topics, regarding the proposed collection of information, that the certification covers:
