This is a revised Generic Clearance for an undefined number of customer satisfaction and opinion surveys or focus group interviews to be conducted over the next three years. The information collected from these surveys will be used to improve US Mint products and services.

New legislation for implementation of the Presidential $1 Coin program has required an increase in the total burden for this clearance. Also, U.S. Mint has increased the total bruden allotment for this clearance in order to cover the full three year extension.
