Short Statement: The Use Agreement provides the mechanism for ensuring that the building will continue to operate as low-income housing after the prepayment. It requires the project to maintain the same affordability and rental restrictions as those that were in place before the prepayment and minimize the threat of a negative impact on current and future low-income tenants.
