The total burden increase is to correct the figures IRS submitted previously that are not reflected in the file for this IC. The original request to increase the burden by 100 hours was approved in October 2003 and subsequently approved again in August 2005.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
