Abstract:
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is charged under Section 112 of the Clean Air Act, as amended, to establish National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP). Respondents to this ICR are owners or operators of new or existing gasoline distribution facilities. The information which will be collected for this NESHAP is required to determine whether all sources subject to this NESHAP are achieving the standards.

This action is to add two new rule subparts (subpart BBBBBB-- NESHAP for Gasoline Distribution Bulk Terminals, Bulk Plants, and Pipeline Facilities and Subpart CCCCCC - - NESHAP for Gasoline Dispensing Facilities). Both subparts add new recordkeeping and reporting for affected sources, including preparing and submitting notices, preparing and submitting demonstrations and applications, reporting releases, gathering information, and preparing and submitting reports.
