Abstract:
The information collected is used by railroad workers to improve roadway worker safety and prevent accidents caused by the operation of on-track roadway maintenance machines. Form FRA F 6180.119 is used by FRA/State inspectors to cite rule violations of Part 214 and to recommend civil penalties for serious infractions.
