Abstract:
On May 11, 2005, the Federal Commnications Commission ("Commission") released a Report and Order, entitled "Mandatory Electronic Filing for International Telecommunications Services and Other International Filings, IB Docket No. 04-226, FCC 05-91." This Report ad Order implements mandatory electronic filing of various applications for international telecommunications services, including several new forms related to the International Signaling Point Code (ISPC).
