Short Statement:
The number of respondents increased from 353 to 572 an increase of 219 respondents. The frequency of responses increase slightly from 520 to 572 and increase of 52. While there were additional grant programs added to the collection activities, overall there was no significant change to the total burden hours previously estimated by FNS. The change for this revision is from 32,380 to hours 31,340 hours, or a reduction of 1,040 hours is mainly attributed to several discretionary grant programs being made permanent and no longer being competitive and several new discretionary grant programs were added from the 2006 Child Nutrition/WIC Reauthorization Act and the 2008 Farm Bill.
