Abstract:
These 31 forms, covering production, consumption, stocks, and receipts of nonferrous metals commodities, are critical to the metals data collection effort, and are used for military and civilian planning and Federal policy and economic decisions related to the commodities covered in this collection request. These data are compiled into tables, which are published monthly.

Short Statement:
We estimate that there will be 5,339 responses totaling 3,973 burden hours. This is a net decrease of 689 responses and 89 burden hours from our previous request of 6,028 responses and 4,062 burden hours. This adjustment is based on our experience in administering this collection and feedback from our outreach, for completing several forms.
