This collection allows the MEP Program to obtain specific information from clients served by the program. The information is used to evaluate the program's strengths and weaknesses in order to plan for improvements in the program's effectiveness and efficiency.

The program change reduction is due to eliminating questions on the survey. In addition, more clients are using the Internet option to answer the survey which results in more effective and efficient survey administration, and is an adjustment increase.
